1) Pastry Product Redemption Details

Cash E-voucher:

After completing the online order payment transaction, you will receive the e-voucher via email to the registered email address on your order within one working day. (One e-voucher per PDF file)

*Please note that if the quantity of cash e-voucher is large, the system will send them via multiple emails.
*The e-voucher given as part of the 25% cashback promotion can be used at designated Imperial Patisserie and Ming Artisan stores. It is applicable for purchasing original-priced physical pastry products, but not for seasonal products, panda products, any gift vouchers, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Terms and Conditions for Cash E-Vouchers

  • Cash E-Vouchers can be redeemed for pastry products at designated stores. For complete details on redemption period, usage instructions, and terms & conditions, please refer to the information printed on each Cash E-Voucher.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the goods have been collected.
  • Pastry E-Voucher must be original; photocopies are not valid.
  • Pastry E-Voucher will be void if lost, defaced, or damaged.
  • Unredeemed gift boxes will be donated to charitable organizations.
  • In case of any disputes, Imperial Patisserie/Ming Artisan reserves the final decision and interpretation rights.
  • The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall take precedence.

Pastry Physical Products:

After completing payment for your online order and verification by the system, pastry products will be shipped to the registered address on your order within three working days. For pastry product orders totaling HK$500 or above, you will enjoy free one-time delivery service. Orders below HK$500 will be subject to a HK$50 delivery fee.

Remark:

1) Each online pastry order will be shipped to one designated address (Hong Kong only).
2) Pastry orders will be delivered on Mondays to Fridays during office hours.
3) No delivery service is available for remote areas.

2) Festive Product Redemption Details

Festive Product E-Vouchers: After completing payment for your online order and verification by the system, the e-voucher will be sent to the registered email address on your order within one working day in the form of a PDF file.
*Please note that if you order multiple e-vouchers, the system will send them in multiple emails.
 

Festive Product Physical Vouchers: After completing payment for your online order and verification by the system, the physical mooncake vouchers will be dispatched via SF Express delivery to the registered Hong Kong address on your order within three working days. (One physical voucher can be redeemed for the mooncake product specified on the voucher.)  

*For orders of three or more physical mooncake vouchers, you will enjoy one free one-time delivery service. For orders of two or less physical vouchers, a delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged.

Hamper Products:After completing payment for your online order and verification by the system, customer service will contact you by email within one working day to follow up on the delivery arrangements. (The earliest delivery date is three working days after the transaction is completed.)


3) Delivery to Mainland China Details

Imperial Patisserie now offers a special Hong Kong edition gift box direct delivery service to Mainland China. You can enjoy exclusive direct delivery prices (shipping included) when ordering gift boxes for your friends and family in Mainland China. All gift boxs delivered to Mainland China are under Imperial Patisserie’s export brand—Ming Artisan. They are 100% made in Hong Kong with guaranteed quality, allowing you to send your gifts with peace of mind.

Delivery Workflow:

1. Place order online (one address per order)
Place your order on the Hong Kong online store and provide: (1) recipient details, (2) recipient address.

2. Complete payment and system verification
After successful payment, the system will automatically verify the order and the information.

3. Receive login details for the delivery system via email
Within 3 business days, you will receive an email containing the login ID and password for the Delivery System.

4. Log in to the Delivery System to set shipping details
If you do not log in to fill these out, the system will use the default settings.
Set the shipping date:
If no shipping date is selected, the system will default to shipping within 3 days from the order date.
Set a greeting message (optional, up to 20 characters):
If no greeting is provided, the default message will be: “A gift from (Sender) via Mingyue!”
The greeting will be sent to the recipient via SMS.

5. Shipment arrangement
The system will arrange shipment according to the selected or default shipping date. Delivery will be handled by SF Express.

6.Track shipping progress
In the Delivery System, customers can:
Check shipping progress
View the tracking number (waybill number)
