The Crispy Cookie was jointly inspired by Chef Yip Wing Wah and Chef Lai Wing Koon. Featuring a crunchy and chewy texture, the crispy cookies embodies both extract of traditional Chinese-style pastries and Western-style cookies. Each box contains popular flavors for everyone and is perfect for any occasions, either personal or corporate gifting as well as visiting friends and relatives.

Perfect blend with traditional recipes by discard lard and use of French natural butter as raw material, carefully mix with superior flour and fresh eggs under a low-temperature baking to create our exclusive Crispy Cookies series. Using only the fresh and best quality ingredients – golden yolk, sesame, coconut, chili, seaweed and more, giving our Crispy Cookies a crunchy, chewy and terrifically buttery treats.

Coffee Crispy Cookies: We use coffee beans from Italia and extract coffee liquid into the crispy cookies. The proportion of coffee liquid has been finely adjusted. The aroma of coffee is rich but not bitter.
