The Crispy Cookie was jointly inspired by Chef Yip Wing Wah and Chef Lai Wing Koon. Featuring a crunchy and chewy texture, the crispy cookies embodies both extract of traditional Chinese-style pastries and Western-style cookies. 

Perfect blend with traditional recipes by discard lard and use of natural butter as raw material, carefully mix with superior flour and fresh eggs under a low-temperature baking to create our exclusive Crispy Cookies series. 

Hazelnut Crispy Cookies: Carefully selected Italian hazelnut, plump and full-bodied, with a uniquely rich nutty aroma. Finely ground and blended into the cookies for an even more pronounced fragrance. Every bite of organic flour is infused with the hazelnuts’ distinctive, subtle sweetness.
