The gift box includes: Palmiers (Original, Earl Grey) 8 pcs each; Honeycomb Egg Rolls (Original, Coffee) 6 pcs each; Golden Puffs 8 pcs; and Crispy Cookies (Coffee, Hazelnut, Original, Earl Grey) 4 pcs each—52 pieces in total.
(All pastries in the gift box are individually wrapped: palmiers are packed 4 pieces per small pack, honeycomb egg rolls 3 pieces per small pack, and each crisp cookie is individually wrapped.)
Honeycomb Egg Rolls: Produced by Imperial Patisserie Hong Kong and awarded the Monde Selection “Grand Gold Award.” Made using traditional methods and exclusive techniques to create a honeycomb texture, resulting in an exceptionally light and crispy bite. Only the finest “golden center section” is selected. The Earl Grey flavor uses premium British tea leaves brewed for over 5 hours, offering a refined aroma.
Palmiers: Also awarded the Monde Selection “Grand Gold Award”. Made with 100% French butter and a four-stage baking process. The Earl Grey variant uses premium British tea, while the hazelnut flavor incorporates finely ground Italian hazelnuts for enhanced crispness and a subtle sweetness.
Crispy Cookies: Combining Eastern and Western baking techniques to achieve a perfect balance of crispness, aroma, lightness, and crunch. Made with 100% French butter. The coffee flavor uses espresso extraction for a rich yet smooth taste without bitterness.
